Standard Shipping: (3-5 business days) – LKR 350.00
Express Shipping: (1-2 business days) – LKR 600.00
Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over LKR 5,000.00.
3. International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping outside of Sri Lanka.
4. Order Tracking
You can track your order using the tracking number sent in your shipping confirmation email via our Order Tracking Portal.
5. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at [support@yourstore.com] within 48 hours of delivery. Please include a photo of the item’s condition.
If your package is lost in transit, please reach out so we can open an investigation with our courier.

1. The Return Window
We accept returns up to 14 days after the date of delivery.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return Enzuzo Returns Sample.
2. Non-Returnable Items

3. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying for their own return shipping costs.

4. The Refund Process
